“the fields were fruitful, and starving men moved on the roads.” - john steinbeck (the grapes of wrath)
dear reader.
here i am in copenhagen. wandering. listening to music. allowing the lovely unison of these melodies to sink into my thoughts.
the buildings around me, at close range, they echo a vibrant reinvention. in my perspective, the seem to portray rejection of some first assigned identities.
the unique reinvention of attitudes unconsciously take form of eccentricity, for eventually their facades littered with first world modernity, advertising billboards, street signs & the what nots. beckoning the passerby.
but remember, don’t let appearances fool you, for there can only be one reality.
nevertheless, a lovely city awaits the curious eye.
oh & if you were wondering, i took the photo in tokyo. yes. tokyo. not denmark.
