- i am usually wrong 85% of the time
- right brain is not working well this semester
- good chairs are EXTREMELY difficult to design, it is an art form reflecting the contemporary age (which is why i think it is absolutely justifiable to fork out a million pounds for marc newson’s lockheed chair.. well, i’m just saying)
- i love chairs, but my relationship with the one i’m currently working on, clearly isn’t working out
- listen closely & you can hear the laughter of wisdom
- feelings aren’t that complicated if you narrow the options down to ‘yes’ or ‘no’
- parametric urbanism is sexy
- the etymological roots of certain words create interesting art forms
- it appears that multiculturalism is an issue of the 21st century
and finally,
as John Ruskin remarked that the white clouds in the sky that resemble lambs are in fact nothing more than masses of water droplets floating in the sky, architecture and design too, might be thought of as fiction, unless supported by the ‘truth in details’.
till then,
