yesterdays;

i was looking through some readings the other day (in hopes to calm the tension), came across an interesting article referring to rené descartes’s cartesian doctrine it was an absolutely compelling article.
shortly after, i found myself off course and experimenting with seemingly childish symmetry. (might be the withdrawal symptoms from the fibonnaci patterns)
i started to abstract forms and rhythms of things around me, measured/mirror-ed these “patterns”. which of course appeared to have made perfect sense at that time.
eventually ending with interesting geometry proportioned 5:8.
